Design Procedure
We design our products with our clients, from concept through to full volume production.
- After an initial consultation, a study of new or existing products is carried out.
- After further technical discussions, any modifications to the new or existing design are identified and implemented.
- A flow chart of the proposed design is produced together with estimated timings.
- Development work would then be carried out, with regular reports, and any modifications suggested. For magnetic devices, full FEM (Finite Element Method) design analysis would be carried out.
- 3D CAD data is used to produce rapid prototype models. The 3D data can also be used to machine parts directly from solid materials using CNC, laser or etching processes.
- Work would then continue with the manufacture of prototypes and then field testing of the product.
- We can provide our customers with turnkey solutions and supply them with products as and when they require it.
